Closing Date for Pre-Registration

28 September 2011. After this date, please register personally on-site at Furama Riverfront Hotel on 3 Oct. Onsite registration is subjected to seat availability.

Cancellations / Transfers

Substitutions or requests for registration fee refunds should be made in writing before 3 September 2011. Refunds will be subjected to administration charge and bank charges, to be borne by registrant. No refunds will be provided for cancellation after 3 Sep and no-show.
