Payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (S$) as quoted below. All banking charges MUST BE borne by the participants.

It does not include the daily lunches and the conference dinner, accommodation and travel. Student status verification is required either by a letter from the Institution or a scanned copy of the student card. |

Each registered author on standard delegate rate can present a maximum of 2 papers and a registered author on student rate can present a maximum of 1 paper.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% refund will be made for withdrawals (received in writing or email) by 31 December 2011. No refunds will be made thereafter. However, a replacement will be accepted upon prior arrangement at no extra cost. Please inform us of the changes, if any, by email.
