Please ensure that you have received an acceptance of abstract email before you logged in to submit your extended abstracts. Do check your spam box in case that the acceptance of abstract was forwarded there by your computer.
If you have not received any acceptance of abstract email by 7 March 2012, please contact the Paper Management Team at apt2012-submission@rpsonline.com.sg.
APT2012 strongly encourages authors to submit a full paper describing their work for inclusion in the conference proceedings. However, APT2012 recognizes this may not be possible for some individuals so we will allow an extended abstract (not more than 2 pages) in place of a full paper when needed. Whether you submit an extended abstract or a full paper, these will be included in the USB conference proceedings.
You can either choose to submit an extended abstract or a full paper.

The extended abstract or full paper must be submitted via the conference website before 15 April 2012 via the button below.
You are to use your registered userid and password used in the abstract submission
for the extended abstract submission. Please contact the Paper Management Team at
apt2012-submission@rpsonline.com.sg if you have problem logging in.
- You will need to check/update the latest title for your extended abstracts or full papers (Please do not bold the entire title. Bold only the first letter for the keywords).
- Please check/update all the author names in the system. Please ensure the author names are the following format:
Given Names, FAMILY/SURNAME NAME
eg: Kok Cheong, TAN; David Adams, JONES; T. H. LEE - Do indicate who is the presenting author at APT 2012 and his/her affiliation
- For the extended abstracts or full papers to be published in the conference proceedings, authors must acknowledge to the Copyright agreement online.
- Upload your extended abstracts or full papers.
Please note that APT 2012 requires every accepted abstract to be linked to a conference registration by one of the paper authors. Registration details are updated at: http://rpsonline.com.sg/apt12/reg.html
Authors must register and pay their registration fees before or by 15 May 2012 in order for their abstracts to be included in the final conference programme.

Please book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment.
Please check the General Information page at http://rpsonline.com.sg/apt12/geninfo.html for other essential information, such as visa application. Apart from visitors from some countries, most foreigners coming into Singapore do not require visas for entry and may be given up to 30-day social visit passes upon their arrival in Singapore. However, it is best to consult your local consular office or travel agent for the latest information with regards to coming into Singapore. If you need an invitation letter, please email your name, organization and paper ID to apt2012@nus.edu.sg. Please note that invitation letters will only be issued to those registered authors.
