Registration

Payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (S$) as quoted below. All banking charges MUST BE borne by the participants.

On-line registration/payment can be made via credit card (VISA/Master/Amex).

If you want to make payment by bank draft, please inform us at apt2012@nus.edu.sg . We will email you the registration form and instruction.

Each standard and promotion registration can present a maximum of 2 papers and a registered author on student rate can present a maximum of 1 paper.

The early bird registration deadline is over. Please register under the normal rates from now on.

For the Promotion and Student registration, the payment will be accepted only after the eligibility for Promotion or Student registration is verified. Upon verification, a payment link will be sent to the registrant to make the discounted payment.

Authors must register and pay their registration fees before or by 15 May 2012 in order for their abstracts to be included in the final conference programme.

Cancellation Policy:
A 50% refund will be made for withdrawals (received in writing or email) by 1 June 2012. No refunds will be made thereafter. However, a replacement will be accepted upon prior arrangement at no extra cost. Please inform us of the changes, if any, by email

Promotion Registration For Standard Registration whose Host Institutions are from the following South Asia and Southeast Asia countries (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Afghanistan, Iran, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Burma (Myanmar), Mongolia, the Philippines. Registration fee is for conference only and is inclusive of conference documentation, refreshment, lunches, welcome reception (3 July 2012) and conference dinner (4 July 2012). Student Registration Registration fee is for conference only and is inclusive of conference documentation, refreshments, lunches and welcome reception (3 July 2012) It does not include the conference dinner (4 July 2012), accommodation and travel. Student status verification is required either by a letter from the Institution or a scanned copy of the student card.	S$500
