<title>ABSTRACT</title>
<p>This paper investigates the concept of designing integrated conventional macro-structures with
incorporated piezo-actuators. The mechanism structures used for macro-displacements perform macromotions,
while the incorporated in the links micro-actuators realize the precise micro-displacements and
positioning in finishing operations. Macro-micro mechanisms are synthesized for micro-manipulators with
plane and special structure.</p>
