ABSTRACT

The paper concerns problems of creation of an artificial intelligence (AI) simulating human thinking. Quantitative metrics for both artificial and natural intelligence and a method of evaluation of the amount of knowledge to implement AI are presented. Emerging Semantic Web is estimated as a media for a global AI. Analysis of ways of human learning shows that the case base reasoning is a universal technique of human intellect and should be widely applied while building an intellectual agent (IA).

Keywords: Semantic web, Artificial intelligence, Intellectual agent, Case based reasoning.
