ABSTRACT

In order to improve the business results of a CEE Centre, one needs to investigate very profoundly its activities. To be able to do this a model and framework to carry out selfassessment and follow up improvement actions and their impacts is needed. Aalto University School of Science and Technology, Lifelong Learning Institute Dipoli (TKK Dipoli) has been using a DAETE - EFQM based model. The model includes tools for self-assessment, for benchmarking and for documenting and sharing best practices.
