ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the present situation of both on-the-job training and continuing education in China. Moreover, the on-line examination system is analyzed from the aspects of advantage, function and application. The effect of on-line examination system on the onthe- job training and continuing education is discussed by an instance of Qilu Chlor-alkali plant of Sinopec Corporation. Finally, some valuable suggestions on the system are given to improve the on-line examination system.
