ABSTRACT
This paper uses practical examples to analyze the present situation of Jianghan Oilfield engineers and technicians. Aiming at the continuing education mode and practice of Jianghan Oilfield engineers and technicians, launched under the guidance of “learning ability increase, creative ability increase, field ability increase, foreign-related ability increase”, it also presents the general ideas as well as the key points and operating process to normalize systems and build faculty in hopes that it contributes to promoting the core competitiveness of Jianghan Oilfield talents in an all-round way and the continuous, effectiveness and harmonious development of their enterprises.
