ABSTRACT

With citation of viewpoints and concepts on Total Quality Management and consideration to actual conditions of continuing education for professional technicians of petroleum enterprises, this dissertation gives a brief introduction on effective quality control of continuing education for technicians, including recurrent self-evaluation and improvement, for the purpose of enhancing the quality management of continuing education, by discussing relevant concepts, process identification and design, establishment of system documents, as well as operation and improvement of the quality control system.
