To Create a Sharing Platform of Educational Services for Chinese Workers

ABSTRACT

The Education Program for Self-Development of Beijing Workers initiates the new mode of worker training by the trade union, government and social educational institutions. The program integrates all-side educational resources, and creates an efficient sharing platform of public training services. The perfect operating system, creative training mode and variety of ways of training play significant roles on raising the level of workers’ education and professional competence, as well as effectively maintain the employees’ rights of learning, development and education.
