ABSTRACT

This paper provides an account of how the School of Science and Technology (SST) in the SIM University (UniSIM) has provided continuing engineering education for adult working students. It also highlights some unique ways in which our students continue to gain new skills and upgrade their knowledge whilst they continue with their day-time jobs. These cover both the academic and administrative processes that the SST has acquired over the past few years. In addition, the authors listed some mechanisms that the School has put in place to ensure the quality delivery of the various engineering programmes.
