ABSTRACT

This presentation provides an overview of the professional development programs offered by the Institution of Engineers Singapore. In particular, the various programs offered by the recently established Institution of Engineers Singapore Academy are highlighted. The impact of the programs to engineers in Singapore and the future direction of the Academy are briefly discussed.
