Magic Behind Ontology Creation With Example

ABSTRACT

It is difficult to create ontology for any particular domain. The main goal of this paper is to present process of ontology development that is highly usable, easier to build, and maintain. There are various tools available for developing ontologies like protégé is one of the most widely used ontology development editor which facilitates defining ontology concepts (classes), properties, taxonomies, and various restrictions, as well as class instances and which supports several ontology representation languages, including OWL, RDF etc.. Finally pros and cons for the chosen approach are considered and possibilities to use modules other than that being used in present approach are discussed.
