ABSTRACT

Breast Cancer poses a serious threat for women’s health throughout the world. It is currently estimated that one in 14 of all female child born will develop breast cancer in their life time. In recent years, data mining has been widely used in all engineering and science fields especially in the field of medicine. Data mining in medicine provides an efficient way to extract useful knowledge and provides scientific decision making for the diagnosis and treatment of disease from database. This paper focuses on the state of art of Data mining techniques in breast cancer.
