ABSTRACT

Document processing applications can be found in almost all computer system and now is become widespread. Applications like text edition, desktop publishing and graphics are often used for most organizations and home offices. Technology base has experimented a remarkable grown recently and besides the efforts in enhancements, all methodology still requires manual efforts to extract information, which means an exhausting task generally not fault-tolerant and time consuming. So there is a need for extracting the text from images which can be further processed. In this paper we proposed a System HWTRS (Hand Written Text Recognition System) that can extract the hand written English text from images for further processing.
